In February, construction work at Lakeside11 continued at a steady pace. Key stages of the underground section have been completed, and the construction of residential buildings is progressing rapidly. The project is being implemented according to schedule, utilizing modern technologies and strict quality control.
Key Construction Stages in February
- Completion of the Underground Section
- Construction work on the underground levels of all three residential buildings has been fully completed.
- 900 sqm of bituminous membrane has been applied to ensure effective waterproofing of the foundation.
- Construction of Residential Buildings
Building B3 – The basement and first floor have been completed. Advanced instrumental control is being used to ensure strict compliance with the project solutions and construction standards.
Building B2 – The walls of the first floor have been erected, and the structures for the intermediate floor slab are prepared. To maintain concrete quality in low temperatures, special frost-resistant additives have been used, allowing construction work to continue in Bucharest even at temperatures as low as -5°C.
Building B1 – The slab for the first floor is nearly completed, and the basement (walls and slab) is fully constructed. A total of five floors have been erected as part of the project.
